The Underwater Observatory, situated at the end of the Busselton Jetty, is a 'must see tourism icon'. Since opening in 2003 thousands of visitors have been enchanted by the underwater garden teeming with marine life.

Over 300 marine species, including the vibrantly coloured corals which smother the jetty piles. This remarkable natural aquarium has evolved from the warm waters of the Leeuwin Current and the protection provided by the Jetty structure.
