Take a short stroll down to the beach, swim, relax, or go fishing, take your bikes (or hire one from Busselton Bike Hire) and ride on the Geographe Bay cycle/walkway track beside the ocean to explore Busselton city  centre.

All About Busselton

Busselton is a leisurely 2.5 hours drive south of Perth, meandering through the coastal towns of Mandurah and Bunbury.

It is located beachside on Geographe Bay, with it's sweeping Indian Ocean views, beautiful white sand beaches, wonderful beach resorts, and calm turquoise waters.

Busselton is known for its sheltered beach and seasonal humpback whale populations. The beachfront features the 19th-century Busselton Jetty, which, incredibly, stretches nearly 2km - the longest timber-piled jetty in the Southern Hemisphere.

A gorgeous little train will take you to the end of the jetty, where you can view life in a coral reef, at the Underwater Observatory.

The bustling seaside town of Busselton has a wonderful selection of restaurants and casual eateries. With plenty of shopping complexes, supermarkets, banks and speciality stores.

Amalfi is probably the most affordable 4 star beach resort in Busselton. We provide 1, 2 or 3 bedroom fully self-contained Villa accommodation, and are the ideal base to explore our region. Within a short drive to all the attractions of the South West including world class wineries, boutique breweries, spectacular coastal scenery, swimming and surfing beaches and so much more............

Jasmine from New Zealand says:

"We drove to Busselton to visit for the day and decided to stay at Amalfi Resort for the night. From the moment we checked in to the time we left, we had the best stay!

We stayed in room 30, which was big and spacious. Alot of outdoor space and an upstairs with single beds. Big for hubby and I. The main bedroom was large and had double doors opening into the living area. A full kitchen and fridge. The shower was also big.

We enjoyed the amenities the resort had to offer and loved seeing families and there children doing the same.

I cannot fault this place and have already recommended it to my friends. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for the hospitality :) "

Sorry, no pets are able to be accommodated at the resort.

What is the difference between a resort and a hotel?

There are hotels in Busselton and throughout the Margaret River region, and they have a few main differences from beach resorts like Amalfi.

Usually people stay in a hotel for one or two nights when they are visiting a particular destination for business or pleasure, whereas a resort is usually a destination in it's own right.

In most cases people go to a resort for their holiday, although many business people are now choosing beach resorts because they have a wider range of facilities, and are more relaxed.

A resort is also more generous in its layout than a hotel which is quite compact. Recreational facilities are more readily available and everything you would like to enjoy on a holiday is already at the resort. You don't need to go anywhere else to find a swimming pool or tennis court.

Finally, a resort usually offers more privacy without having to stay hidden indoors, due to their generous spacing.

We know you'll love the Amalfi Resort experience whether for holiday or business.

If you have any questions about using Amalfi for business purposes, feel free to ask.
